Memberships

Our gym is unique. We build personal relationships with each member to create a training plan customized for their individual needs. This allows us to work with people with all experience levels and backgrounds.

We call it semi-private training. You’ll workout with other people in the gym, but after the group warm up, everyone works through their individualized plan at their own pace - always under supervision of a coach.

If you’re ready to jump right in and have any gym experience at all, you can purchase a 3-Session Trial Membership and get a feel for the coaches and the gym. Your first workout is an easy introductory workout so we a get to know you and see how you move. Purchase a 3-Session Trial.

Chat with us first! Fill out the form below to set up a time to talk to a coach in person or over the phone and see if we’re a good fit for one another.

Newbies or people with more serious issues to work around can start with a private training package. These 3 one-on-one sessions allow you to work with Justin in a private setting to master the basics before hopping in the regular semi-private sessions. We have a variety of virtual training options based on your needs and the equipment you have access too.

Our members also get resources and programming to train when they’re traveling and can’t make it to the gym.
